EXPERIENCE ONE

Full Planning

The comprehensive design, plan, & management package for your dream day. Includes budgeting, organization, design, vendor communication, consulting, & guest management. You’ll also receive a planning portal login & planning schedule so no detail is overlooked. All of our tools & resources come together to put on this celebration!

EXPERIENCE TWO

Management

6 months away from your wedding date, we’ll come in to tie up loose ends, finalize the pretty details, & ensure the day happens as wonderfully as you planned it.

This service is best suited for those who want to be a little more involved in the planning process.

Management services typically begin once the venue & most vendors are booked.

This package allows there to be more of a give & take, where you take on what you enjoy & we take care of the rest.

EXPERIENCE THREE

Coordination

Maybe you thought you’d be fine without a planner & you’ve realized you need a little more help.

You’re a few months away & you need a professional to step in...or, you loved the design process & all planning requires, but you can't run your own wedding day!

This is what our coordination package is for!

We come in 3 months before to assist in the setup for your wedding day so you can sit back & relax before it’s time to say “I do.”

EXPERIENCE FOUR

Intimate & Abroad

A package carefully refined for celebrations with 50 guests or less.

You're about to embark on an incredibly personal, unique wedding adventure!

We want to be there every step of the way, even if (well, especially if!) your vision doesn't fit the typical mold.

  • Yes, we’ll travel anywhere! Our passports and road trip playlists are ready.

  • YES, you need a planner even if your venue has a coordinator. We talk more about why right here.

  • We typically show up on your wedding day when you’re getting hair & makeup done, and we leave after you go home. We’re perfectionists, after all, so we want to be around to make sure it all goes according to plan.

  • We do just about everything, except serving food, cutting the cake, serving alcohol, and bussing tables/trash. This is due to liability concerns and usually falls under your catering/bar vendor duties.

  • We don’t offer day-of coordination where we just show up on your wedding day. Our 3-month coordination package is the “smallest” service we offer. We want to be able to get to know you and your vendors well enough to execute the day seamlessly.
