SPRING GARDEN WEDDING AT CAROLINA GROVE

There’s never been a sense of community & home at a wedding like there was here. Sometimes the applause & cheers for Shelly & Nicki roared so loudly, your ears hurt. I’ve only known these two for a few months & I’ve never felt more welcomed & just….loved, wholly loved, by a couple or their families. The weather kept everyone on their toes, but right as the last shuttle pulled in to drop guests off, the clouds stilled. I’ll never forget opening the venue doors to send Shelly down the aisle to Nicki with the rain stopped & cicadas singing. They exchanged vows in an outside garden ceremony they’d always dreamed of as thunder rolled quietly in the distance. At the end of the night, we promised to be friends in “real life.” Can’t wait for that. 🤍
