The comprehensive design, plan, & management package for your dream day. Includes budgeting, organization, design, vendor communication, consulting, & guest management. management

6 months away from your wedding date, we’ll come in to tie up loose ends, finalize the pretty details, & ensure the day happens as wonderfully as you planned it. Best suited for those who want to be a little more involved in the planning process, management services typically begin once the venue & most vendors are booked. This package allows there to be more of a give & take, where you take on what you enjoy & we take care of the rest.

coordination

Maybe you thought you’d be fine without a planner & you’ve realized you need a little more help. You’re a few months away & you need a professional to step in...or, you loved the design process & all planning requires, but you can't run your own wedding day! This is what our coordination package is for! We come in 3 months before to assist in the setup for your wedding day so you can sit back & relax before it’s time to say “I do.”

intimate & abroad

Our package refined for celebrations with 50 guests or less. You're about to embark on an incredibly personal, unique wedding adventure! We want to be there every step of the way, even if (well, especially if!) your vision doesn't fit the typical mold.

Pop the champagne, cue the confetti - it's time to celebrate!

You'll get access to your own private portal, we'll have our onboarding meeting (on zoom or in person over margs or ice cream, maybe?!) & we'll get started!

We'll send you monthly checklists detailing what you need to do that month, what we're working on, & our top-secret, clients-only tips & tricks.

For our full planning babes, our team sends over a vision board - a "vibe guide" if you will ;) - that sets the tone for your day & stands at the forefront for inspiration when talking to vendors & designing your day. 

This is where planning & design comes in, & logistics come out to play. We'll work on a timeline, floorplan, rental order, photo shot list...you name it, we're on it. 

Our fave part: a month before the wedding day, you hand all vendor communication to us. You get to sit back, get excited, & squeeze in a few celebratory dates with your love before the big day. By this point, we know your vision so well, we don't hesitate to guide vendors & make decisions for you.

THE. MAIN. EVENT! We hold the rehearsal the night before & arrive the morning of your wedding day to set up all personal decor, direct vendors, cue the wedding party, grab your cocktail of choice to sip post-ceremony...all of the little details will happen while you do all of the married things. 

When you're sent off in that getaway car, we package everything back up exactly how we found it, oversee vendor breakdown, & excitedly await sneak peeks from the photographer :)

what sets you apart? is there anything you don't do?

Savannah first entered the wedding industry as a photographer. Pair this with her experience in planning & she has truly seen all parts of a wedding day. Our team understands the importance of cohesiveness for not only your family & friends, but your vendor team. #2: Our planning style is relaxed. Easily adaptable to change, a flexible approach to planning, ready to roll with the punches…yet always professional & punctual. 

Plus - we truly believe it takes a village. No matter the service you hire us for & no matter how involved we are in your day, we’ll always have at least 2 people at your wedding: a lead planner & trustworthy assistant. This gives you the peace of mind knowing that it’s possible for us to truly be in two places at once with your best interest at heart. The more the merrier, we always say.

What DON'T we do? We cannot serve/handle food, cut the cake, serve alcohol, or buss tables/trash. This typically falls under the catering/bartending service, & we can help pair you with the best of the best!

do you travel?

Is grass green? Absolutely! ;) Our team has traveled all along the East Coast & we’re eager to go wherever you take us.

how many weddings do you book per year?

First, we never book more than one wedding on the same day. You get our team’s undivided attention, no matter what! 

Olivia Lauren Events typically takes on 10-12 events annually to ensure we give the very best experience to each of our couples.

do we still need you if our venue has a coordinator?

Yes. You sure do. The venue’s coordinator is there to represent the venue. Olivia Lauren Events is there to represent YOU. A lot of the work leading up to your wedding day will not be included in the venue coordinator’s duties. You need someone to create + execute the timeline, handle all vendor communication, treasure your personal items, + take care of the setup + breakdown…that’s us! Trust us!

do you work with lgbtq+ couples?

Absolutely. All love is celebrated + treasured here.

what if I just need you for the day of?

We believe that couples should have access to a planner no matter their vision, budget, or timeline. We want your day to run as smoothly as possible, & we want to help with that. We do not offer day-of services but instead offer a package where we come in 3 months before. This allows our team to become familiar with your vendor team & timeline. Please reach out for more information!

how involved are you in the process?

That depends on which package you book! We come in at our designated start time & we are involved as much or as little as you’d like. We’ve had clients literally just give us a color palette & let us do the rest, & we have clients who want to work alongside our team every step of the way. 

Working with Olivia Lauren Events was a dream come true. When I say that our day was peaceful, stress free, and the best day of our whole lives... I mean it. This day couldn't have been possible without Savannah and her team. She was there with us all along the way working with vendors, answering any question we had - it didn't matter how small or big that it was, organizing decoration details, and the most special of all... being excited for us in our season of preparation. She truly is an encourager and your biggest fan all along the way. I would work with her a million and one times over and over. We love you!!
